    INDUCTION

    Familiarise with the Bank, its products & services, understanding of credit / compliance / risk management

  • PART 2
    ROTATION TO DIVISIONS IN THE BANK

    Get hands on experience on how divisions operate

  • PART 3
    BRANCH / BIZ CENTRE ATTACHMENT

    Learn up the basic selling & branch operations skills

  • PART 4
    LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

    Undergo a series of management development programs to be groomed as managers handling projects / leading a unit / section of a dept / division
